Shipping Address

Please ensure that your postal address and contact details, including your phone number, are entered correctly at checkout. We can only ship your order if the shipping address is complete and accurate.

If required by the checkout system, you may enter any valid address as the shipping origin/place of origin.

Shipping Fees

Australia

Orders over $100 AUD are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia.

For orders below $100 AUD, a standard shipping fee of $11 AUD will be applied at checkout.

New Zealand

Shipping to New Zealand is available for a flat shipping fee of $30 AUD.

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

When will you ship the item?

We‘ll ship the item in 1-2 business days (except pre-order) and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed, which we cannot fully control. 

 

When will you get the item?

Australia

Most Australian orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.

For regional, rural, or remote areas, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

To help ensure faster delivery, Australian orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, unless otherwise stated.

New Zealand

New Zealand orders are estimated to arrive within 6–27 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier processing, local delivery conditions, and the destination area.

 

This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to weekends and public holidays or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery.
